What Ride Upper Left collects
The calendar can be browsed without an account. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in that message. Event submissions and weekly-list requests are handled through email; there is currently no user account system or public submission database.
Analytics
When analytics are enabled, we use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referrers, and feature usage. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, search text, or precise location coordinates through analytics. The analytics provider and configuration used on the live site will be identified here when enabled.
Event information
Event listings link to organizer or governing-body websites. When you follow those links, the destination site’s privacy practices apply. Ride Upper Left does not control those sites.
Retention and requests
We retain email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the calendar, or resolve a correction. To ask about information associated with your message, contact [email protected].
Changes
This notice may be updated as the site gains features or changes providers. The date above will identify the latest revision.
